The apartment: walking distance to Toorak village, yarra trail, close to Toorak hotel, the orrong, toorak cellars, Mt Erica & como park.
It can come furnished if that suits.
There is a car park around the back but I park on the street.
About Me: 37 years young... own the apartment for the past 7 years. Own a finance business and a tech platform. I'm into health and fitness, I'm out a lot so not really a home body. Not into partying... but love a casual drink and going to a local pub.
