We’re looking for a like-minded housemate to join our beautiful, light-filled 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Art Deco unit on Lansell Road, Toorak. This is for a flatmate under a flatmate agreement (you will not be taking on the lease).
The Room & House:
- A stunning, character-filled Art Deco unit with spacious living areas and plenty of natural light.
- Bedroom 3 is available – it comes with its own ensuite, perfect for privacy and comfort.
- The unit is part of a quiet, well-maintained complex of only six homes, all owner-occupied. We’ve built a lovely community here.

I also live with Sean, a Lawyer, also in his 30’s. He’s currently growing and expanding his own Law Firm. Very respectful of your space but a great guy to have a chat with also. We both keep the place clean and tidy and are focused on our individual growth. This place is definitely a good fit for anyone looking to reflect their work growth in their home life.
