Sadly, our friend is moving out and we have a private room (4.5m x 3.5m approx) available in our 3-bedroom home in Toorak. The Room is currently furnished with queen size bed, small wardrobe, bedside table and lamp. Included pics.
Awesome location, right on the corner of Hawksburn Village. The Tram stop & shops are literally a 3 second walk away. Chapel Street close by too.

We would describe ourselves as a happy, kind and considerate couple, we like being social but also require some quiet time. We work full-time during the week (corporate). We love to have a few cocktails or share a bottle of wine at home or out and about. I love to cook, happy to share meals if you're into it, whatever suits you.
The house is shared with our rescue cat called “Ellie” (housemate must love cats). Sorry no other pets wanted.
We seek someone tidy and respectful with some form of employment please.
