The garden outside is perfect for entertaining or digging and planting as there’s a vegetable garden and space for new plants. Dining area next to kitchen. Laundry with new machine and tub and surface space for laundry sorting. House is a mix of old charm and new spec. Location is super for getting around Melbourne as close to all public transport, or free street parking. Quite little neighbourhood close, I teach some of the kids in the neighborhood how to play piano. Friendly and safe.
