The house is in a quiet, leafy and neighbourly street. Super safe and friends with our cul-de-sac community and neighbours. The house has a beautiful backyard with a mix of self-seeding kale and tended-to herbs with great spots for afternoon lounging and sunbathing.
~ Accessibility: Small gated entry with uneven stones and one step. Two steps in the backdoor. There is also a lip on the bathroom entrance. Good natural light and lighting.
~ Sorry, but no more pets are allowed on the lease
The house is walking distance from Croydon station (great train-line that runs frequently to the city through Newtown), buses, local park and Ashfield pool (with sauna and spa—and a great community gym). There are also heaps of cute cafes (and an amazing patisserie) near the station.
Open to a shorter stay too, if that’s what you need.

You'll be living with Gemma - a teacher and DnD enthusiast. When she’s not at work she’s usually in an op shop or relaxing at home with a cosy video game.
Lil is also an educator and also the proud parent of our resident housecat, Moon. Lil’s a lover of nature and know all there is to know about plants.
Moon is our tiny tortoiseshell cat who is always vigilantly watching out the window or following the sun from room to room. 🐾
The house is perfect for anyone who does some work from home, needs a study buddy for accountability, or someone who generally enjoys a relaxed and peaceful environment.
