A very spacious house with 3 clean and spacious furnished or unfurnished bedrooms in Croydon sitting on 720m of land. Close to Croydon train station, bus stops, shops, cafes and restaurants, schools and amenities. All 3 large size bedrooms that fits a king size bed and still has plenty of space to fit in other furnitures like a desk, chest of drawers, etc. All rooms have a separate kitchenette, which is an additional bonus room and space. It also has a secured and spacious front and back yard which is very private. On and off street parking. Yard security cameras have been invested to provide a peace of mind:)
The house already has 2 professional room mates happily renting for over two years, who are all friendly, respectful and helpful. The common areas of the house are cleaned 2-3 times a week. Pleasant and private environment. Visitors are welcome ! Pets are welcome!

We continuously put in a lot a time and effort looking after the place, we clean the common area 2-3 times a week, and we have made investments in the security by installing cameras at the front of the house just as an example. We are protective of our tenants and just want them to feel at home 😊
