Room available in a LGBTIQ+ friendly South Strathfield share house, on a 6 month lease from Fri 11 April (move in from Thu 10, current lease is until late September with the potential of an extension at discretion of landlord). $257 per week + energy and internet bills. Bond is $1,000. Total rent for the property is $800 per week, with two paying $257 each, and the third paying $286 as they have an ensuite.

The room is in a three bedroom ground floor apartment, with a fully-equipped kitchen (large fridge, gas stove, fan-forced oven, microwave, dishwasher), large living room with air conditioner, laundry with combined washer/dryer, and a bathroom with shower and bath shared with one other housemate (the third has an ensuite).

We have an undercover car space available in the basement if you have a car, otherwise there are a number of nearby bus stops available within 2-5 minute walking distance, including routes directly into the CBD. It is a short bus ride from the apartment to Strathfield Station, which connects to lines going all across the city.
