Looking for a full-time worker or someone on a working holiday visa to share my place in Hilton (sorry, no students). The room is fully furnished with a single bed, desk, chair, drawers, and shelving. $310 per week (bills included), paid fortnightly. Move-in cost: one week’s bond + two weeks’ rent upfront.
Minimum stay is 1 month, max 3-4 months, and I’ll need two weeks’ notice if you plan to move out.
I have a friendly cat, Koda, so you’ll need to be okay with cats. Also looking for someone who will help keep the place clean and tidy + help with the occasional garden maintenance.

Description of pets
Koda is a domestic medium hair cat who is now 3 years old. He is very cuddly and friendly and likes to pretend he hasn’t been fed to scam a second dinner. I brush him regularly & he is toilet trained so won’t bother you for any reason other than attention and cuddles!
