About occupants
Young couple, Ben (29) and Nadya (27) and their beautiful bordoodle Ace. Ben is currently studying Environmental Science full time and works a casual job on the weekend. Nadya works full time as a secretary at a chiropractic clinic.

Ben and Nadya are super friendly and very easy going. They spend most of their free time with Ace. Ben and Nadya occasionally go out and Ace will be left at home, but this is infrequent.
Compatible people
Looking for a kind and tidy individual (female) who is good with animals and doesn't mind some zoomies from Ace when they get home.

An ideal flatmate would possess the following qualities:

1. Clean and tidy:
- Takes care of their own mess.
- Respects shared spaces (kitchen, living room, courtyard).
- Helps with chores without being asked.

2. Respectful of Boundaries
- Understands personal space and privacy.
- Communicates openly and honestly.
- Respects noise levels, especially late at night.

3. Financially Responsible
- Pays rent and bills on time.
- Doesn't borrow money excessively or leave others to cover their share.
- Budget-conscious when it comes to shared expenses.

4. Good communicator
- Can discuss issues calmly and maturely.
- Open to compromise and problem-solving.
- Doesn't bottle up frustrations or resort to passive-aggessive behaviour.

5. Considerate and Courteous
- Knows how to share and takes turns (e.g., with appliances, shower times).
- Informs other flatmates about guests or changes to household plans.
- Respects different lifestyles, schedules, and habits.

6. Socially Compatible
- Friendly and easy to talk to (doesn't mean they have to be your best friend).
- Shares similar lifestyle habits (e.g., quiet home).
- Open to occasional socialising but also respects alone time.
Description of pets
Ace is a very intelligent and gentle dog who loves being with his owners, Ben and Nadya and anyone who is kind and gentle. Ace knows how to open doors so can sometimes wreak havoc in the pantry but this is easily resolved with the odd wedge of cardboard as a door stopper. Ace spends most of his time with Ben and Nadya in their part of the house, but will occasionally come over for a pat.
