Description of the home
The house is a 1905 renovated and extended home in best part of Fremantle, on the hill between Stevens Reserve and Wray Ave.
I have one big bedroom available in the original part of the house with 12’ high ceilings and beautiful heritage features. The bond is $800.
Rent includes all amenities such as gas, electricity, water, unlimited broadband, most streaming services, weekly cleaner, and the pool girl. All you need to buy is your own food, though I do household shopping because I tend to do much of the cooking. We share the shopping bills equally once personal stuff is removed.
The house features a beautiful original hallway leading to the bedrooms, then onto your own living area, which features a comfy couch, table and big ultra HD4K TV where you can enjoy most major streaming services.
This room leads to the modern fully-equipped kitchen with sea views - and spectacular sunsets - and a bathroom you will share with Josh (who moved in during August and loves it so much he doesn't want to leave!)
There’s a staircase down to the laundry, a salt-water pool (no nasty chlorine!), garden, and outdoor undercover dining area. That level also features a third loo and Balinese-style outdoor hot and cold shower.
The lower level also houses a separate living area for my use own personal use (unless I invite you), so there will be no arguments about what to watch on TV...
The house is fully furnished, and your room has a queen size bed, a stylish wardrobe, chest of drawers and mats on the beautiful jarrah floor.
My bedroom suite is on the floor above, so there’s a good chance you won’t see me early in the day.
South Beach is a few minutes away, and town centre is a short walk down the hill to some of Freo's best restaurants and bars, gyms, and the renowned Fremantle Market.

I like to keep a tidy, organised, and clean house. I garden and look after the outside. I am also social, but not in your face. I love food shopping and would be happy to pick up things for you if you request. And as I’m a good cook, I would be happy to share a meal or two with you, and a few drinks if it suits your disposition.
Non-smoker, even outdoors.
Would prefer someone older, working full-time, who wants to stay a while.
It’s important to be environmentally sound and recycle where you can. And it goes without saying that will value each other’s privacy and personal space.
That said you are welcome to have your friends around and enjoy the pool and surrounds any time!
