Hi, I am Penny. I work a M-F 9-5 job mostly from home and have a crazy little rescue staffy girls full of snuggles and licks and tug of war.
I attempt to keep my garden growing with veggies year round (dodgey back) with few Vegepods and a greenhouse. My best friend comes by on the odd weekend and we do bulk cook ups and gardening sessions so you are welcome to help and enjoy the homegrown veggies too! Work in progress moving them round at the moment as need some pipes replaced in the back yard soon.
Not a party house but love cook ups, sharing food, fire pit, spa and drinkies.
I run a refugee charity (should be pro refugees and non discriminatory about people's religions) in my spare time so often on the laptop in the lounge brain dead TV on and tending to emails. Do love movies and home reno shows and Netflix binge.
The bathroom and kitchen are old (Victorian era lean to style but the bath is great!!!) but I replastered the front section so the walls are insulated in the bedroom and lounge so they are updated. :)
Short walk to the train station (20 minutes trip to the city and <20 the other way to Williamstown beach) some cool little cafes and wine bar, the local pub has great meals too and if you haven't been to Grazeland you will be hooked.
It is a renovators delight, but only the bedrooms and lounge have been updated since the 1900's, the bathroom, sunroom and kitchen are for future me to be able to renovate so quite, um interesting, but everything works fine!

Happy to share some cooking if you want, I tend to cook up on the weekends for the week and attempting to bring back the veggie garden. But of green living style, grow my own, don't waste electricity or water, grow my own veggies, make food from scratch.
Oh I like wine. And Champagne. And Gin. And coconut water (too much, comes from being a humanitarian and having fresh coconut every morning). And probiotic drinks, want to learn to make my own of these. And in opposition to that am trying for a healthier fitter new year next year extending on my fairly successful one this year, including quitting smoking (outdoors only) too but when the bestie and I are together we like a drink, you are always welcome to join. We usually do a cook up and smash some gardening time or Netflix or go out for live music or foodie or theatre. Anyone always welcome to contribute and participate! Not a party house but don't mind hanging by the outdoor fire pit, or in the inflatable spa.
She is a leaner and likes her cuddles and kisses and gets super super excited!
