I am very fortunate that I live so close to the beach but in a quiet street with good neighbours. I would hope my neighbours are treated with respect and consideration I would like to keep them as good neighbours. There is transport one street away as in the train and buses. There is also a new Supermarket you can walk to or you can use Coles.

Bills and expenses

Until recently I have paid the bills but due to the ever increasing rise of vital services ie. Electric Gas and Water I have been forced to split the bills into fair amounts per person. We also have Netflix YouTube and the rest with unlimited broadband. Youwill be responsible for your own expenses, food drinks household items like washing powder toilet paper shampoo etc. Staple foods,rice pasta meat spices.We have been rotating dishwashing liquid laundry detergent and softener plus toilet paper. I provide the rest as in surface spray bathroom and shower cleaner and a lot more you probably won’t even notice.

About the occupants
I have one other house mate a young male . I did have another young male but he had to go home and will be sadly missed. I like to think we have a happy home with a good sense of humour and respect.

I am looking for someone with a positive attitude drama free considerate and happy to help keep the home clean and tidy. I do most things myself but if I ask for help it is usually something I can’t do myself ie. put the bins out or cut the grass. That should take at least five minutes it’s quite small.
We all need to be approachable and not defensive , a good sense of humour would be appreciated but not compulsory. Meals are had in the dining room or on the couch or snacks in your room. Honesty is very important for obvious reasons.
