You will have the Master bedroom with its own unsuite and WIR. It currently has a king size bed, dressers and tallboys but can be removed.
I have a 6 year old daughter so we will occupy the lower side of the house where her bedroom is and I will have the spare room. We have separate bath/toilet there.
The Study and rest of the house, exlcuding garage (except for under house storage) will be common use.

Hi. I'm a working professional who has space for someone of the right fit to share our home. My daughter's safety is my number one priority, hence your consent will be required for a police check. If you cannot provide that, you need not read any further.
With a young child life is pretty routine during the week. On weekends we endeavour to adventure out into the great outdoors.
We are both very social, and I enjoy meeting new people. We have a network of friends in the area who's kids occasionally come over to enjoy the pool and cubby house so I hope you don't mind a little child traffic every now and then. I'm pretty cruisy overall and happy to dicuss everything else during a one on one with you.
Compatible people
I understand the need for personal space, hence looking for a like minded, responsible person. As my daughter will live with me for half the week, I prefer someone who can accept that as being the norm, and understand the conditions that come with that. Otherwise I'm .
pretty flexible, still outgoing and social person who gets out into the great outdoors a fair bit. You'll probably have the place to yourself a fair bit. Age isn't a huge factor, however late 20s-45 range would be preferable.
