The house features a large front and rear yard, massive lounge room and spacious dining room. It also has gorgeous parquet flooring throughout, ducted heating and aircon for the temperamental Melbourne weather. You will be sharing a bathroom with Michaela, which features ample storage and a bath tub!!
Steps at the front and back entrances if you have specific accessibility needs.
We also have not one but TWO huge garages for storage and our creative pursuits.
Located on a quiet street with plenty of street parking and a great network of public transport. We are close to so much, including Northland shopping centre, Savers Preston, The Austin, various train and bus stations, La Trobe uni, The Darebin Creek Trail, Burgundy Street for all your cafe and restaurant cravings (Leo’s fine food supermarket is top tier as well) and various parks. We are also in close proximity to neighbouring suburbs of Preston, Ivanhoe, Fairfield, Alphington, Thornbury, and Northcote.
