Room Available in Quiet Frankston House Share

I’m looking for someone to fill my spot in our home, as I’m moving to another rental a little closer to work. You will be sharing with one other person and two small dogs.

About Me
Your flatmate is a single, 40+ woman, non-smoker, lives a quiet life, and works from home full-time. She has two mature Pomchi pups and has a passion for vegetable gardening, with loads of veggie gardens already in place.

About You:
You will be a non-smoker, employed, ideally working outside of the home, enjoy a quiet life, and be comfortable with small, very affectionate puppies. Any age or gender is fine. No couples or children, please. Unfortunately, other dogs may not work, but other animals might be okay—let us know if you have any.

About the Property:
You’ll be renting one room in a three-bedroom house (one of only two houses on the block) with a shared bathroom (bath and shower) and a separate toilet. There will only be two people sharing the house.

The home is extremely well-located—within walking distance to Monash Uni, Chisholm TAFE, Frankston city centre, shopping centres, and the beach. It’s a very quiet neighbourhood with lovely neighbours, many of whom are long-term residents.

The house is north-facing, making it sunny in the bedrooms and dining space year-round. There are split systems in the kitchen and living area for year-round comfort. The kitchen is currently being renovated and will be finished by the time you move in. It offers loads of space if you have your own items.

There is a private fenced garden that attracts lots of birdlife, and a raised deck for outdoor enjoyment. The current housemate has a well-established vegetable garden with plenty of fresh produce.

There is only one off-street park per house, which is currently included in the lease of the existing tenant, but there is plenty of on-street parking available, along with a permanent permit, so you won’t get fined.

The room is north-facing, very sunny and warm, and has external blinds for summer. There is a built-in robe.

Bills are included in the rent, but a fair use policy applies (internet use for gaming and high-use streaming will require your own account).

I am a self employed work from home women with two small puppies that are stupidly friendly. If you are not a pet person this will not suit you.
