Hi, I got a private room in a shared house fro a female. I'm from sri lanka and i live here in frankston with another two working female flatmates. All of us are well educated and below 35. None of us drink or smoke. It is just $700 including bills per month and one month rent is expected as bond money.
These are the house rules.
1) Pay the rent on time.
2) No visitors
3) No use or possession of any kind of illegal drugs including medical marijuana.( But you can smoke outside and use alcohol in the house.
4) No loud noises.
