Description of the home
It's quite a large house in South Frankston with a good sized garden and has a park behind the back fence.
The inside is very basic, a classic,non-renovated 70's set up. There is no dishwasher (this is taking some getting used to ) and no bells or whistles anywhere. It's weirdly set up on the bathroom front, there is a separate 'bath' room, a separate 'shower' room and a separate loo. The owner is in the process of re-tiling the shower room.
Large lounge and separate dining room. There's a laundry. Large back porch which is a lovely place to sit at the table and have a cuppa.
The room offered is a decent size but has no built in anything. There is another 'spare room' that I haven't decided what to do with.
Wooden floors and big windows throughout and again, it's very basic.
But it's cheap rent and a solid house with good heating and a split system air con.

Bills and expenses
Rent includes internet. Gas and electric are extra. Alone I'm using about $120-150 a month.

Well...
I'm mature age, work full time in a creative industry. and have the obligatory 2 cats that all single people have. So apologies but no other animals, these two would have a fit. I live a typical creative lifestyle and always have at least one project on the go.
I'm coeliac and cook from scratch but more than happy to share meals here and there. I've travelled quite a bit, lived overseas for many years and still have places I want to go. I love the garden and spend a lot of my free time in there. I love growing plants I can eat and all the herbs to flavour with. I'm big on films and puzzles. I sculpt and I've converted the garage into a workshop, I spend a bit of time in there. I like people and having a chat but as much as I enjoy social interactions I very much need my quite times as well.
Therefore I am unable to consider other animals.
