There is a large lounge room at the front of the building upstairs with 2 beautiful arched windows with shutters. Super tall ceilings approx 3.8m. Roomy Kitchen downstairs with dishwasher, electric oven and gas stove top. Plenty of bench space. Really nice to cook in and has a view out onto the garden courtyard. There is a mature tree in the courtyard and soon will be overflowing with leafy green plants that arrive next week.
Laundry and powder room also downstairs. New lighter coloured carpets are due to be installed soon to replace the dark grey and painting room by room scheduled for next year. so after that it will be fresh, light, bright and airy.

Hey there. I'm Maree. I work in the Architecture and Design Industry and am an artist. I make handprinted wallpapers and design bespoke interiors inspired by nature, arts and crafts and human connection. I am into science backed health, fitness and nutrition. I'm very active and regularly do pilates, yoga, resistance, cycling and running. I am also into meditation and mindfulness, design, creativity, art and culture, hospitality and generally having a good time with good people.
My flatmate is Ketereh. She is a lovely and kind human with a phd in chemical engineering. She is currently doing research for a couple of Universities. We have a really nice harmony in the house and are looking for a third person that can enter and contribute to it. We are social and engage with each other yet are fully independent, respect each others personal space and down time. There is one doggo in the house too. Kiera. A senior staffy. Super friendly and affectionate but stays out of the way if people aren't into her. (But ideal flatmate will be into dogs/animals, plants - nature in general. 😊)
Definitely looking for a person whom is inclined to engage in conversation and socially connect.

Description of pets
Beautiful senior staffy. Affectionate. Loves the humans and their company but does independently do her own thing at home when everyone is busy or focused. Kiera would enjoy a doggo housemate but would need to be older or super chill. No young pups. Too much energy for the old gal. (Unless they are miniature breeds or submissives.)
