Home Description

Description of the home

This is a great 3 bedroom house in Fitzroy North. The house has a large sized living room, dining area, kitchen, and a bathroom that includes a spa. We have a courtyard out the back which gets lots of sun, and is great for BBQs and beers over the summer days. There's also a veggie patch which is not being used, so all yours if that's up your alley :).

The location is pretty amazing! The Edinburgh Gardens is 2 mins away, and nearby, there's fantastic bars, cafes and restaurants. In terms of transport, we're surrounded. Tram wise, we have the 86 and 11, Rushall train station, and there's a bus stop pretty much outside the house.

Smith and Brunswick Street are just a stone's throw away, and if you ride, there's plenty of bike tracks around and places to explore.

It's a really comfortable, homely place, where anyone will always feel welcomed.

About the occupants
Hi there, I'm Katy. I'm Irish but have called Melbourne home for the last few years. I work 9-5 in the corporate land in the CBD and love spending my weekends hanging out in this great neighbourhood, catching up with friends over brunch, bbqs, gigs and any random, fun events that we can find.

Hey, I'm Chris. I'm from Scotland, but I've been in Australia for the last couple of years, first in Perth before making the move to Melbourne. Also working Mon to Fri, 9-5, I'm easy going, enjoy live music, movies, art, good conversation & catching up with mates at the pub.
Compatible people
We're looking for someone that's really easy-going, fun, and house trained. Someone that does their own thing, but also would be up for joining us for some drinks at the local, or an ubereats and movie night at home. A person who does their fair share around the house, enjoys a laugh, and is just basically a good egg.

If this sounds like somewhere you’d feel at home, and we're the kind of people that you reckon would make good housemates, please drop us an email with a little bit about yourself and we can arrange a time for an inspection.
