Hello!!
I have a space available as of 29th of July. It is a furnished apartment, $400 a week (all water, power, gas and internet bills included) You would be living with Henrik, a student from Norway.
Apartment is in Carlton right on Lygon street and you can walk to the city within about 35 mins or to the cool Fitzroy or Brunswick areas in about the same time. The complex is called College Square and it has a gym, sauna, common area with pool table and a 25m lap pool.
