Description of the home

The house is a four bed family home with two living areas ( you could put a tv in one of these for your exclusive use) and two bathrooms. It is fully furnished . It also has a front loader washing machine, dryer, dishwasher. The smart tv is connected to Netflix,. So, you can stream whatever you like.
The home also has a ceiling fan in each room and is air conditioned in the living area.There is also a spare room that is shared for guests.
The block is quite large and has a nice, green leafy outlook.
If you like cooking, we also have a herb garden, chilli bushes and dwarf lemon and lime trees. If gardening is your thing, there is plenty of room for you to plant what you wish. The room is unfurnished but could accomodate a queen size bed, bedside tables and chest of drawers if required. There is a full wall of mirrored built in robes.
Our home is conveniently located just a couple of minutes drive from Coles at Pacific Pines. It is in a quiet and safe neighbourhood and has a nice leafy outlook.
It’s close to the M1 and also has both local buses and on demand buses. Right on the doorstop.
Currently free electricity until the govt credit runs out. Should last close to 12 months. 😀 Internet is unlimited nbn wifi is available for $30pm. Gas costs around $45-$50 every 10-12 weeks.

Bills and expenses

The bills are gas bottle, water, internet and electricity. Currently have a large credit on electricity thanks to the govt so, it’s free until the credit runs out. Gas and internet are divided by 3. The landlord rarely charges for water but when he does we divide that by three too.

About the occupants
You will be sharing the house with myself and Michael. Mick is in his mid 40s and I’m in my late 50s.
We also have a small dog. “Bella” is a 11yo, 7kg Shih-Tzu so she doesn’t shed hair, is very quiet and she likes her sleep.
Ideally we are seeking a mature aged person upto the age of 60 years young that would be a good fit.
We are both very clean and tidy people and are looking for the same qualities in a flatmate. Being a house share, we all chip in and share the cleaning and general household chores.
