I’m looking for someone to share my 4 bedroom rented home in Oxenford.
I have two rooms available so would be perfect for someone looking to have a spare room for a study etc.
The main bathroom with bathtub and main toilet will be exclusively yours. (I have the main bedroom/ensuite)
The house has solar panels (no battery so best to do most washing etc during the day), gas hot water and Tangerine NBN Broadband.
Rooms can be furnished if needed with queens beds. I have a washer & dryer, two fridges and Weber Baby Q.
Public transport is not easily accessible here so would need your own vehicle. One garage parking space and street parking available.

I am 43 which is a huge shock to me everytime I remember!
I have a secure government job which I love even though it can be very draining and long days. Due to this, I need my home to be calm, no drama - a safe space to unwind. This is not a party house.
I don’t smoke, rarely drink and I am looking for someone with a similar lifestyle in that sense - a non smoker is a must.
In my downtime, I am learning Japanese, starting to get back into a fitness schedule and watching tv series/docos. My spare room is full of craft supplies so I’d like to do more crafting.

Description of pets
Rory is a 13 year old Pomeranian - turning 14 in November. She is a sassy but sweet little old lady who has moments when she forgets her age and acts like a puppy again. She mostly just sleeps in one of her 4 beds in my room - she might pop out and see what you’re doing and ask you to let her out for a toilet break.
She is not great with other pets - cats especially - but open to meeting with you and your dog to see how they interact.
