Share of large fully equipped kitchen, main living room, deck and outside areas plus beautiful pool, nearby parks and lake for walks and morning coffee.
House is shared with 2 others 1 male and 1 female, bathroom is shared with female who works from home, or is at University (mature student).
Suit mature person, must like dogs 1 elderly pug in situ.
Not a party house but like to have a beer or glass of wine or two.

$375/week includes bills and internet. 2 weeks rent in advance and 4 weeks bond (will be lodged with RTA).

About the occupants
Hi I'm Julie, I run my own home based business in the health industry, the business is separate from the living areas. I am also at Uni, (mature student) studying Osteopathy. I enjoy swimming and walking the dogs, a glass of wine, cooking and BBQ's. We have veggie gardens, so am learning to garden the Aussie way is a challenge (originally from the UK). The other housemate is Dan and he spends a lot of time chilling in his room or out when he's not at work.
Compatible people
Must like dogs, 1 elderly Pug in residence and someone who loves nature. A social person who is quiet on weekdays but likes a drink & perhaps shared dinner/bbq on some weekends. If you like gardening you are welcome to enjoy getting your hands in the soil 1 keen gardener in residence and 1 not at all interested gardener!

1 elderly very good-natured Pug house trained but quite cheeky, has access to a fenced outside area through the day and enjoys a monthly bath and beauty session at home from our lovely dog groomer.
