You will have a bedroom with your own study and your own bathroom.

The apartment has internal laundry next to the kitchen.
And the kitchen has a dishwasher.

We are looking for a single person, or a couple to live here.

We want someone who is clean and tidy, and who can stay for at least 3 months.
And also, can move in between Mon 2nd Dec to Mon 9th Dec.

There is parking available, if you have a car, which is available at $100 per week.
