Dear lovelies ☆,

I will be traveling to Europe to visit my family for three months. During this time, I would like to rent out my wonderful apartment, where I have lived for the past seven years, to responsible tenants. I am quite flexible and open to renting it to a single person, a couple, or even three friends. Additionally, pets, including dogs and cats, are welcome :)).

The apartment details:
This luxuriously furnished apartment is situated right in the city centre, footsteps from Darling Harbour and Barangaroo, finest dining, pubs, entertainment, shopping and everything else this amazing city has to offer! Only a short walk to the Opera House, Hyde Park and Royal Botanical Gardens. And after a working or active day, nothing beats relaxation in a spa bath, sauna and indoor swimming pool, gym or a glass of wine on a lovely balcony overlooking historic Sydney streets.

The apartment is air-conditioned. Featuring a split level design, lounge room is separated from the sleeping quarters. Floor to ceiling windows lead onto a private balcony. Living room feature large flat screen TV with Netflix, Binge, next to a small fish tank.

Kitchen features a dishwasher, electric cooktop, microwave convection oven, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and blender.

The bedroom space contains a comfy queen sized bed with an anatomical mattress, and a built-in wardrobe. It is separated visually with dividers.

Bathroom includes a bath with shower and modern amenities with washer and dryer.
The facilities of the building include 20 metre swimming pool, spa, Finnish style sauna and the gym.
