I like to live clean n tidy housewise, looking for a flatmate whos similar... About me I work fulltime/casual in construction so my shifts can be all over the place at times - always day shifts but. I enjoy a beer or 2 and Iam a smoker, normally outside but sometimes inside, If you do also that is no problem. Tidy unit, good neighbours & a real nice area all round with cafes, beach, coles & IGA, an RSL, a nice pub & more all in a short walking distance.
