Easy going mature male looking for a clean, respectful, and easy going person who can take care of the room and shared areas like the kitchen and living areas. I have a 16yr old son who lives with me alternate weeks. It is a safe, and fun, relaxed environment. No off street parking however there is parking available on the street. No pets, no loud music and not too much drinking but fun and laughter is encouraged.
Access to the pool in sumner is also included. The House is located adjacent to 2 parks, walking distance to the beach and Kogarah train station (20 mins walk) and shops, bus stops 100 metres away, Brighton cafes 5 mins by
car, 20 mins walk, Ramsgate shops approx 15-20 mins walk, fresh produce markets every Saturday - approx 10 mins walk, local cafes 2-5 mins walk. Great area to relax, lots to do or simply do nothing. Pls ask any questions you may have about I will try to answer them promptly.
