Description of the home

The house is a granny flat in a very quiet street. If you google William st North Manly, you’d see that it is right in front of the Warringah mall with the bus stop 1 minute away.

The place has a deck and has a laundry room outside the place with the washer and the dryer. my old flat mate recently moved out while I’ve been on holidays and he took most of the stuff such as the couch and the tv in the living room however, there is a kitchen full of all the needed appliances and I will organise to get a new sofa in the living room soon.

Currently I’m in Thailand travelling hence why not photos of the room yet but once my gf sends them I will post some photos either today or tomorrow. If you are interested, send your expression of interest and we can organise an inspection for the week of the 14of Jan as I land that week

Meet Biggie, a 3 year old American Bully XL who is the most friendliest and noble dog you’d ever meet. He is quite big (55 kgs) however he acts like he is a lap dog and spend most of his time in bed sleeping and he never barks, in fact I had to teach him how to speak because thought he was mute as he would never bark.

Super friendly and loves humans and dogs. Gets along with everyone sometimes does some questionable things but I still think he’s a smart dog 😂
