Hi all,

My flat mate is traveling from the 1st April to June, so the room is available until then. Clean, quiet space. Please note this is a shoe free home-I.E only home slippers inside :)

So I am not the best at taking photos but this is a really beautiful apartment! Modern bathroom, kitchen and balcony. Barbie on the balcony, internal washing machine and a dishwasher to make life easier! This is a large, furnished room for rent for $500 a week. You will be sharing with me, Brigitte, 30 year old, work locally as a receptionist and study Youth Work online, (so Tuesday and Thursday night in my own little world.) Other then that I am at the gym, going for walks or relaxing.

I am looking for someone who works full time as well, clean and not looking for a party house. Happy to chat but will also give you space and quiet time, as we all need this. :)

This gorgeous apartment is a 5 min walk to beach and near the Dee Why shops.
