One very small furnished room avail in a large share house moments from McMahons Pt Ferry and a 10 min walk to Nth Sydney Station.

The room is very small and is literally the size of a queen bed, but the bed is quite high, so there is a lot of storage below. The room is also disconnected from the rest of the house, so you have to walk up the street to access the bathroom and kitchen.is also a desk and clothes rack. The bed is quite high, so there is plenty of storage below. It’s $215pw plus $25pw for bills and $10pw for a cleaner, so $250pw altogether. The room is avail 17th Nov.

The rest of the house features an old, but functional kitchen and bathroom and an outdoor eating area.

The house is shared with 4 other flatmates, we are currently Mia 23 from Nigeria, works in hospitality, Natsuki 25 from Japan, Student, Callum 23 from UK works in hospitality and Boyang 27 from China, works in finance.
