One mid sized and one small furnished rooms avail in a large share house moments from McMahons Pt Ferry and a 10 min walk to Nth Sydney Station.

The first room is quite small and is literally the size of a queen bed, but the bed is quite high, so there is a lot of storage below. The room is also disconnected from the rest of the house, so you have to walk up the street to access the bathroom and kitchen.is also a desk and clothes rack. The bed is quite high, so there is plenty of storage below. It’s $215pw plus $25pw for bills and $10pw for a cleaner, so $250pw altogether. The room is avail now.

The second room is mid sized and comes furnished with a queen bed, clothes rack and desk. It’s $265pw plus $25pw for bills and $10pw for a cleaner, so $300pw altogether. The room is avail now.

The rest of the house features an old, but functional kitchen and bathroom and an outdoor eating area.

The house is shared with 4 other flatmates, we are currently Mia 23 from Nigeria, works in hospitality and Callum 23 from UK works in hospitality.
