Apartment is freshly renovated with new floors, great kitchen (with slow cooker, soda stream etc) and bathroom (with heated marble tiles and beauty lights). Flat screen smart TV, pull out couch for your visiting friends, and growing garden on balcony. There is a washer/dryer in the apartment and a larger laundry downstairs.
Kirribilli is a wonderful neighbourhood and community, with fantastic markets on the weekends, is right next to the bride and M1 and is on the Northshore train line. Apartment is a 5 minute walk from Bridge and Opera House views.

I work in finance in North Sydney 3 days a week and 2 days WFH. I talk (loudly) on the phone for work, so do need a housemate who will be in office most days.
I enjoy my downtime after work, tending to my plants, hanging with my partner & friends etc. I would prefer a housemate who is relatively low-key like myself- tidy and respectful.
I also have a cat, Spencer (very cute & soft) but he does meow when he wants something.
