A reasonable size room to rent in a convenient handy location, in the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathroom apartment at Meriton Apartment, Mascot, 8 minutes walk from Mascot Station and 4 minutes walk from any Bus stops.

The unit is fully furnished, very comfortable, clean n tidy n very well maintained.

A fridge, cutlery, cooking set, washing machine and drying machine are provided.

We are Asian Background, we are responsible, easygoing, friendly, clean and tidy, and we maintain good standards of hygiene, and mostly No Over Crowded.
We are looking for:
* STRICKLY CLEAN N TIDY PERSON ONLY!!!
* No Smoking Or Vaping Or Drugs inside the building.
* No Party people, Responsible and must respecting each others.
* No Overnight or Sleepover business
* No Heater or Air Con.
* Free Cooking, but keep the kitchen clean and tidy after use.
* Toilet cleaning schedule

-2nd room, for 1or 2 people.
( furnished or Unfurnished).

- CarPark is Available.

Only 6 people Max in the unit, comes with shared bathroom. ( you will share the Bathroom with 3 other person only )

*Including all reasonable bills, wifi, toilet rolls, dishwasher liquid, cleaning products.

Facilities: Gym, Swimming pool and Sauna for Free.
- 3 Months Minimum Stay
- 2 weeks bond and 2 weeks rent in advance, and 2 weeks notice.
- $150 deposit for swipe card access.
