I am an Asian woman, looking for a single person who's clean and tidy person to rent my second room / without window/ The room is spacious, fully furnished has own bathroom . The rent is $550-590/negotiable/ per week, including all bills such as: utilities and internet, gas . An apartment has own fitness and swimming pool, hot plunge, hot sauna, and bbq area.
I prefer someone who is neat, quiet, and calm, as we value our peace and harmony at home. I do not allow smoking, pets, or parties in the house. I'm friendly and respectful, and we expect the same from our tenant.
The location is convenient, 2 minute to the train station, supermarkets, restaurants. The apartment has a kitchen, a living room, a
laundry room and with all the cookwares and electric appliances that you can share with me even the coffee machine😉
