I have lived in this house since 2017 and made it a lovely home and have a good relationship with the landlord. As you can expect the house is fully furnished, except for the master room available. We're set in a block of townhouses with other professionals and young families so its an active little community and has a really good vibe, without getting outrageous or intrusive. We really are one of those "can I borrow a cup of sugar?" situations.
We're in a great part of Marrickville; wide tree lined streets, close to numerous parks, on-street parking and close to the best Vietnamese, Coffee and Beer in the Inner West. Really convenient buses and Sydenham train station 10min walk away.

When we’re at home we like playing board games, watch , drinking coffee, watching tv (the olympics has been fun), socialising with friends, and chilling out playing with the dog.
Out the house we've got our mutual and separate interests; finding new places to eat and drink, hiking, hunting for new plants, going to gigs, brunching, learning new skils and all the fun things that Marrickville and Sydney have to offer!
We are good mates and enjoy each others company, but don't live in each other's pockets.
