I have a room for rent available now in Marrickville/ Enmore on Addison rd. Great location within a secure split level modern building for $400 per week. I'm the only other housemate. Buses just outside place to city, 1 min walk to Enmore park, vic on the park, 8 mins walk to Marrickville metro shopping centre. 10 min walk to Newtown. 15 mins to Syd uni.

You would have your own unfurnished room, toilet and bath. My previous housemate is happy to sell any furniture you may want. We share the shower. The room has lots of fresh air and light and plenty of storage in the 3 large built-in wardrobes.

The place has wooden floorboards throughout, high ceilings and lots of light and fresh air, air conditioning and a balcony. Great size open living area with modern kitchen, large benchtop, quality appliances and ample cupboard space.

I have 2 little 9yo dogs who are both good girls.

We split electricity, water, gas and hi speed internet if you need.
