Hey, my name is Rick, I'm 61 years of age but really very young at heart, this has been my family home for many years, my children are all adults and live in there own homes. I am now single and would like to share this great home and it's position with others.
I work in sales and spend a fare amount of time out selling residential Solar. I am a social person however also enjoy my down time. I enjoy gardening, cooking, bush walks and the beach also Cycling, I try to get out at least a few times a week for a ride. I also run a charitable foundation and this keeps me busy. I have a small office downstairs and spend a bit of time down there doing my work. I think it would be nice to have flat mates that are chilled and relaxed, easy going with a positive outlook.
