Bright and sunny Private Room (Comfortably fitting a double bed) in the heart of Crows Nest. 3 min walk to metro, 10 min metro to Central, 3 min metro to Chatswood 2 min walk to Woolworths Crows Nest and 10 min walk to St Leonard’s station.

This apartment is in the middle of Crows Nest and it surrounded by cafes, restaurants and other utilities. There is outdoor communal dining on the top floor of the building.

You will be sharing the living spaces - bathroom, kitchen and Laundry with my awesome housemate who works full time in Finance. We get along very well, and just give each other a heads up whenever we have friends for dinner or people staying over.

Underground Car and is available pending discussion (currently leased out at $325/month with proceeds split evenly) - ample bicycle parking available as well.

I have enjoyed living in this house and my housemate is great, but am moving due to work commitments.

No pets or couples - room is for single individual only.
