Modern 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit (4 years old) set in a security block in Dulwich Hill! The place is amazing. Floorboards throughout, big glass doors opening to balcony. Let's in lots of natural light. I have quite a few plants so it is nice and green! ðŠī
The place is fully furnished, all you would need to bring is your set up for your room :)
House has all the normal things, electric oven and a gas stove top, dishwasher, microwav, washer and dryer, nice big comfy lounge.
Close to public transport with the bus stop out the front. 800m to Hurlstone Park Station. 850m walk to Dulwich Hill Light Rail.
No off street parking but plenty of paring in street.

Bills and expenses
Bills are divided in half. They are electricity and gas. Water is included. Last electricity bill was around $200 for quarter but it was only 1 person living. Gas was $150.

I live a fairly healthy lifestyle, I am a PT so I lead a fairly active lifestyle. I have crazy early starts, am usually out of the house by 4.30 or 5am (therefore hopefully you wnt be too light a sleeper as I usually make a coffee before I go ð)
I love to travel, swim, read, watch movies, go on hikes, eat good food, go to concerts, ocean swims ð§ââïļ
My home is my sanctuary. I like a calm home life. Peaceful and tranquil ð I do like a fairly clean home ðŦĢ
