The location of the apartment is very close to all public transport and amenities. It’s 1 min walk to bus stop, 2 mins walk to Light Rail Station, 10 mins walk to Hurlstone Park train station and the busy Marrickville Rd where so many cafes, restaurants and IGA store are. The place is very convenient for a person who doesn’t have his own commute.
We’re after a nice person to join two of us; who is 1) non-smoker, 2) clean and tidy, 3) considerate person and 4) who has a consistent income to afford the rent. Someone who is ONLY after a quiet stay as this is NOT the right place for party people.
