Recently renovated 2 bedroom apartment on a leafy, quiet street in Croydon that's only 500m from the train station.

Room is available for 5-7 months. Happy to discuss with you.

You are welcome to add any pieces you might have that work and there is a little bit of extra space in the garage if you need storage.

There are big tree's outside each window so there is lots of greenery. Plus there's good parking on the street.

There is a study area in the corner of the living area. I have a small desk there but I measured and you could fit a desk setup 1.5m x 1.5m if you WFM.

There is a BBQ, coffee machine and I have converted the garage into a gym so if you like to lift weights you're welcome to use it.

There is an internal laundry with a dishwasher and washing machine. No dryer but the clothes line out the back always has space.

Bills and expenses

The power bill is approximately $80 / month and im not home much so I think we should split it unless your a heavy user and we can come to some agreeement

Hey I'm Tim. I'm 35 and work as a Mortgage Broker & Personal Trainer. I guess you could say I'm pretty energetic, good with people and enjoy living a (reasonably) healthy lifestyle.

I like Basketball, cars and going for a run. Plus I enjoy cooking and a glass of red wine / whiskey. I run my own business so I won't be around much during the day.

I like to keep the place pretty clean so it would be good to find someone on the same page.

I am looking for someone who is friendly, positive, and hopefully busy. #1 because it resonates with my personality and #2 it means both of us will get to enjoy some solo time in the apartment which is always a plus.

It would be great if we could get along as friends, but I think just going as far as showing mutual respect and consideration for each others space is enough to be compatible.
