Hi future flatmate,
Good size room with aircon and built in wardrobe.
I’m looking for someone friendly who likes to socialise and also respects private time. Someone who would like to chat, share meals together, movie nights with takeaway. Not a party house. No smoker only.
Preferably someone who works full time normal business hours.
I’m tidy, clean and quiet. I work in IT and work from home.
I cook, although not every day. I make a delicious home made fresh pasta. I also have an espresso machine and a coffee grinder if you enjoy fresh coffee.
I work full time. I enjoy the outdoors, going for bushwalks, music, movies and series, going out.
You will also be sharing with a small cat, she's very sweet and a snuggle button once she gets to know you.
It’s a 2 bed unit with 1 bathroom, balcony which gets plenty of light during the day, internal laundry. There’s aircon on the lounge. It’s on a 2nd floor, no lift.
