The unit is located on the 5th floor facing north onto Gerard Street with a beautiful long view across the Brightmore Reserve to Northbridge Oval. The unit is spacious and cozy with the sun touching all rooms during the winter and hiding above the building during summer. The bedroom (#1 floor plan) is furnished as per the pictures. There are different pictures providing two different setups. I can provide other furniture if required. Feel free to bring your own bed or other furniture. Coffee, shops, restaurants, cinema, gym and bus are only 3 min walk and 10-15 min to the city or to Balmoral beach by car or bus.

Bills and expenses
Rent is $360pw including electricity and internet. I`m flexible with move in date but no earlier then the 11th of January. There is secure underground parking for visitors and tenants. There are few visitor parking spaces sometimes available. On-street parking is also available.
