Situated just a couple of blocks from Military Road, the location is wonderfully quiet, surrounded by nature and a peaceful atmosphere. The neighbours are quiet, friendly, and respectful.
The property is filled with natural light, and the rooms are equipped with remote-controlled ceiling fans, making them perfect for summer. Thanks to the surrounding trees, the apartment stays pleasantly cool even during the warmer months.
Overall the apartment is really spacious. You’re welcome to bring your own furniture for the lounge if you’d like, but if not, no worries—I’ll be providing everything necessary to make the apartment cosy and comfortable.

Bills and expenses
To keep things simple, the rent includes all bills, including fast internet (1,000 Mbps download / 50 Mbps upload) and a private garage. If you don’t need the garage, the rent will be adjusted to $450 per week.
