Are you looking for a bedroom in an apartment with amazing view, clean and tidy to live?
The building is located at the top, facing North with views to towards Mosman, Cremorne and Northbridge. You can enjoy sunrises, sunsets and the full Moon.
A place that offers peace even after a tough day at work everything goes away. The neighborhood is very friendly, it is sometime so quiet that feels we’re the only ones living in that building.
This is a 2 bedrooms apartment with large living room, swimming pool and 2 balconies with lots of natural light. Walls just painted and new carpet.

It's a super quiet neighborhood, it is accessible to everywhere.
- 10 min away walking distance from Neutral Bay, Military Road with plenty of buses for the city day and night
- 10 min away walking distance from Coles, the Oaks, Cammeray Miller Street, Restaurants pub and cafes
- The best Japanese restaurant ever Toriciya is just downstairs, there is also a great cafe
- 10 min drive to the city
- 10 min to Balmoral beach and 15 min from Manly beach
- Plenty of parks for walks/training.
The BEDROOM:
The bedroom is good size and comes furnished with a double bed, side tables, a desk and wardrobe. You just need your own bed linens, blankets and towels).
I am looking to share with an easy going and friendly person, who be mature, respectful, very clean, neat, tidy. and nonsmoker. Keep clean for the common sharing area is must. So, you might not be suitable to the apartment if you don't care cleanings.
It's not a party house, however, it's always welcome to have social life with a couple of friends to enjoy a morning or afternoon tea, a beer or a glass of wine. Definitely drugs and drunkenness are not welcome.

Couple $550 per week with electricity, internet and general things as toilet paper and clean products.
I can adjust the weekly rental figure for the right person.
