The apartment is on the first floor. The room is set apart from the other two rooms by a large living space and while it's not an ensuite bathroom, there is a bathroom that would be for the sole use of our flatmate, as my son and I have our own.
The living area would be a shared space, as well at the Kitchen, which is large enough for two adults to easily use at the same time if need be. My 8 yearly son and I can be found in the living area most evenings between 5:30pm and 8pm.
Close to bus stops, a short 5 minute walk to St. Leonards train station and to RNSH.
