We have a room for rent in our awesome shared home, 1.5 blocks (less than 2min walk) from the beach in central Bondi. Someone who would fit right in sounds something like this: An early riser, active, dog lover, non-smoker, and a working professional aged +30. We are an Aussie from WA and a Canadian who yes, enjoy a wine and the odd dinner together but never bring parties home. We are both working full time and very much into being active and outdoors most of the time. We have an at home office for remote working and space for you if you need a desk, a backyard with some fitness gear, a living space separate to the kitchen so we are never on top of each other.

We have a dishwasher, laundry machine & dryer. Rent ($600) includes wifi & house supplies. Utilities are additional.

About the occupants
I've lived in Bondi for 12 years and love it. We have a three-bedroom house and are two working professionals who treat each other like family and are not into the party scene. Both of us are early risers who like to work & be active then come back to a home. We have a wine together now and then, have evening chats and the odd brunch on weekends. Oh yes, and we have a very large house dog. So dog lovers welcome.

Kim - Canadian, works full-time/remote for a tech consultancy near the CBD. Have some side projects and train outdoors a lot.
Rowan - Aussie, works full time, sustainability consultant. Up early and also trains a fair bit.
We both love the outdoors.
