The room gets loads of sunlight and on a very quiet street. The apartment is also quite modern with floorboards, new kitchen, gas stove top, and built in wardrobes / storage in hallway.
The apartment is about a 4 minute walk to North Bondi beach, 5 mins to Woolies and loads of great cafes nearby like Blackwood, Glenayr, Pocket. The 333 and 379 buses are also about a 5-6 min walk away to bring you to the junction / CBD.
