Hi:) Best location ever and super clean & bright place, perfect for summer. Priority to females who works full time out of home as I work from home:) but I am flexible.
For couples, has to 2 girls as it's a all female flat.
This is not a party place, and It would suit someone who is calm and super clean (as I am very clean:)
A fantastically located 2 bedroom sunshine filled apartment, with cafes, restaurants, bars and public transport right next to the place.
Best of all it's only seven minute walk to Bondi beach and walking distance to Tamarama and Bronte.
It has a spacious kitchen, quaint balcony and a very cosy bedroom. :-)
