The room available is downstairs and $399 p/w ($1730 per month). It's a big room and gets sun all morning and up until mid-afternoon. There is an Ikea-esque large wardrobe, but this can be removed if required. The room is circa 5m x 3.5m, is bright, and has direct access to the beautiful garden!

Hey there, come live with us in our 3 bedroom, 2-storey duplex house. There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, and downstairs is a bedroom and a bathroom plus all the living area.

The room available is downstairs with direct access to the garden and is big enough to fit a large bed, desk, TV etc. It also already has a large new Ikea-esque wardrobe, but this can be discussed or removed if needed.

The house is awesome with lots of room. There’s plenty of space to move about and not get in each other's way. Plus we have a decent sized garden which is amazing in summer.

The place is close to everything……… 7 min walk to both, Bondi and Tamarama Beach!

1 min walk to great coffee, bars (The Royal and Stuffed Beaver), cool restaurants (loads) and more! The bus stop is also across the road, which takes you to either Bondi Junction or the city on the 333 express.
