Friendly and sociable household, don't mind a drink ( a drink means 1, 2 or 3 standard drinks, no-ones into heavy drinking or getting wasted) and a laugh- we have a pool table, respectfull of sleep and space, working household
Close to Warringah Mall and B-line buses, easy walk if you like, 10 15 mins.
Mall also has a Park and ride facility, if you don't have a car we have free pushbike included or electric pushbike $30pw for flatmates use at minimal expense or a motorbike to rent for $70 pw if you have a licence for getting around (house bond is bike bond also)
The house is massive with a big private backyard with a chill out area, fishpond, creek, heaps of nature- wildlife corridor to Alenby park. Shared off street parking for motorbike/ scooter/ pushy
